Ask, play, give gifts! All of it for free!

Want to raffle a gift with one question at the end of your talk? QWIZ runs it lightning-fast and with real spectacle: the audience scans the projected QR code and they are instantly in – no name, no sign-up. Everyone gets a funny random alias – for GDPR privacy reasons (for example Playful Owl, number Q7). The fastest correct answer takes it all, timed to the millisecond, and nobody learns anything about anyone. Pure play, no paperwork – and plenty of fun.

At home on stage and on screen alike:

at a live talk you scan the projected QR code
in a virtual meeting (Teams, Meet, Zoom) you click the link dropped into the chat

Several of you can try the live-talk QR mode at once – that's the real deal!

How does it work?

Four steps and the game is on

No installs, no queues – just a QR code on your closing slide.

Step 1

Write your question

Sign up, type in your question and the answer options. Every question gets a QR code you can place on the closing slide of your talk.

Step 2

Insert the link

Copy the QWIZ URL from your question's page. Into a presentation (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote): select the text, press Ctrl+K, then Ctrl+V – that's it. Into a video chat (Teams, Meet, Zoom): simply paste it into the chat.

Step 3

The audience scans it

The first scan starts the countdown, and whoever scans is already in – no name, no form, no checkbox. Everyone gets a funny anonymous alias and a Q-number; about 15 seconds and the whole room is in.

Step 4

The fastest wins

Everyone sees the question at once, the clock ticks, then the system announces the correct answer and the winner ranking. You can announce multiple winners, and on request the system asks – winners only – for an email address so you can deliver the prize.

Features

Why you will love it

A live TV panel for the projector: QR code, countdown, then the results – opened with a single click from your closing slide.

Everything on your terms

Join window, answer time, leaderboard length, logo, brand color – every parameter is configurable per presenter.

Everything on record

Every answer of every round is logged. The winner’s contact details are one click away, with CSV export of the full list.

Fast and secure

Players are fully anonymous: a random alias, no personal data at all. There is nothing to consent to and nothing to leak – GDPR compliance is not a promise here, it is mathematics. Bot protection and a mobile-first interface included.

AI translation at the push of a button

Built-in AI translates your questions and answer options into up to 10 languages – everyone in your international audience plays in their own language, and for you all of it is a single click.

Reusable questions

The same question can be used at multiple events: every playthrough is logged as its own round with its own leaderboard.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

QWIZ is a live flash quiz for the end of talks, trainings and BNI presentations. The audience scans the projected QR code, plays on their own phones, and the fastest correct answer wins the prize.

No. The game runs in the browser; all you need is a phone with a camera. After scanning the QR they are instantly in the game – no app, no name, no form. We only ask winners for an email, and only if the presenter enabled it.

You put a clickable link on your closing slide (PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote all support it) that opens the live panel: it shows the QR code, the first scan starts the countdown – then it advances on its own: question, then results.

That's exactly what it's designed for. The QR link can stay in your deck forever: a game can only be started while you are projecting the QWIZ live panel. At any other time, a link saved by past attendees only gets a polite waiting page and cannot start anything – so your talk is safe from them. The virtual (chat) link additionally expires and rotates on its own, and you can regenerate it by hand anytime. Every session starts with a clean slate, only in your presence.

Yes – every parameter is configurable per presenter: join window, answer time, leaderboard length, logo, brand color and the game language (Hungarian or English).

None. The system draws a random, funny alias for every player (for example Playful Owl) with a Q-number, and they play under that name throughout – nobody learns their real name, not even the presenter. Since no personal data is created, no consent is needed either: joining is a single QR scan. Only the winners are asked for an email at the end – voluntarily, purely so the presenter can hand over the gift.

Yes. QWIZ is free to use and its source code is available to download. The detailed license terms are in the LICENSE file and the Terms of Service.

You can already play at the end of your next talk.

Create your first question in minutes – and the QR code can go straight onto your closing slide.
